TAPERED POLE FOR AIRLINE

Our lighting poles are made of tubes longitudinally welded structural induction, made ​​from sheet steel S235 JRH (according to UNI EN 10219).
The sections, diametrically different, are joined together through circumferential welding in correspondence of the tapering after cold deformation of the parties concerned to graft.

On each pole for airline are carried out such work:
- Implementation of the pocket ground to 900 mm from the base;
- Eyebolt (or similar system), for the passage of the line cord, welded at 6000 mm from the floor (for poles 6000 mm); or welded to 6800 mm height of pole top;
- Further processing are performed under specific customer.
Nut M16-90 ° welded and hole Ø10 to 1300mm from the top of the pole (version Enel)
-300mm from the top of the pole nr 02 plates with holes Ø20mm for cable
-300mm from the top of the pole nr 02 holes for direct cable routing.

All our poles are manufactured by top tang 200 mm high and 60 mm diameter for mounting accessories and lighting.
The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and 'in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.

In addition, our poles are manufactured in compliance with the UNI EN 40/5 and other related rules:
- Dimensions and tolerances: EN 40/2;
- Materials: EN 40/5;
- Specification for characteristic loads: EN 40/3/1;
- Verification by calculation: EN 40/3/3;
- Surface protection: EN 40/4;

Each pole also comes equipped with an adhesive label EC.

At the request of the customer can be made of steel piles with different characteristics:
- S275 JR (Fe430)
- S355 JR (Fe510B)
