TAPERED, CONICAL, HSP & OCTAGONAL POLES FOR TRAFFIC SYSTEMS

Our semaphoric poles can be made in three types:

• Tapered   with circumferential welded structural tubes
• Sheet HSP  conical or tapered with S275Jr Steel FE430
• Octagonal   Steel plate S235J Fe360B

Our poles for traffic lights are made of longitudinally welded pipes structural induction, made of sheet steel S235 JRH (according to UNI EN 10219).
The tubes, diametrically different, are joined together by circumferential welding in correspondence with the tapering suitably tapered.
 

If buried line, at each pole are made to the following processes:
  - Cable entry slot;
  - Application of the plate grounded;
  - The application of a semaphore arm and anti drip stop ring.
  - Application of flat profile curving metal anti rotation in the
    basement of the pole,
  - Working on top of the pole for the locking of the arm,
  - System with anti-rotation screw top post.

The galvanizing is carried out by immersion of materials in tanks of molten zinc at a temperature of 450 ° C, where the thickness of the zinc coating and 'in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461.

Each pole also comes equipped with an adhesive label EC.

At the request of the customer the finish of the pole can 'be powder coated according to RAL international scale.
